Your question stays between us. This site collects nothing — no forms, no accounts, no tracking. Everything below is detail on that.

This website

There is nothing to fill in here, so there is nothing to collect from you. No sign-up, no newsletter, no accounts, no cookies, and no advertising trackers. The fonts are served from this domain rather than Google’s.

I do count visits, using Plausible. It tells me which pages get read and roughly which country readers are in, and that is all — it sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot follow you to any other website. There is nothing in it that identifies you, and nothing for me to hand over if anyone ever asked.

The free draw runs entirely inside your browser. The question you type is never sent anywhere — not to me, not to anyone. Close the tab and it is gone. The spread sheet is simply a page you open and print; I have no record of who downloads it.

My hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include visitors’ IP addresses, for a short period for security and troubleshooting. I do not read them and cannot connect them to anyone.

Your reading

This is the part that matters. When you book a reading you send me a question, and the useful ones are rarely trivial — they are about relationships, health, money, work, and the decisions attached to those.

I use your question to write your reading. That is the only thing I use it for. I do not publish it, quote it, share it, or sell it. Where a reading appears on this site as a sample, it is anonymised and used only with that client’s explicit permission, asked for beforehand and never assumed.

Readings are booked and delivered over Telegram, so the conversation sits in your chat history and mine. Ask me to delete my side of it at any point and I will, without asking why. Otherwise I keep it only so that I can answer follow-up questions about a reading you have already had.

The channel and the messages run on Telegram, so Telegram holds your account details under their privacy policy, not mine. What I can see is what any channel owner sees: that you are a member, and whatever you choose to send me. Leaving the channel removes you immediately, and you do not need to tell me you are going.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with you when you book. I never see or store card details.

Who I am, and how to reach me

This site and the readings on it are the work of one person, Casandra Wells. If you want to know what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, message me on Telegram and I will deal with it directly. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Age

Readings are for people aged 18 or over. I do not knowingly take anything from anyone younger.

If this page changes, this date changes with it. Last updated 4 August 2026.
